Technical Skills:

  • Experience in scale-up of small molecules, batch processes, process safety
  • At least 3-5 year in working in a kilolab and scale-up campaigns

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for scaleup campaign, housekeeping, maintenance, and repairs of the kilo lab equipment.
  • Establishes early stage process development in the lab with complete evaluation of process parameters, safety concerns and creates process technology transfer package.
  • Evaluates, customizes and reviews process transfer packages for the kilo lab.
  • Prepares, organizes and plan campaigns with external production partners.
  • Optimizes process flows and methods of concerned working fields.

Qualification:

  • B.Tech-Paint, Polymer, Chemical, Surface coating/M.Sc with waterproofing/construction chemical background

  • Experience: 1-3 years into QA/ QC and shop floors
  • Industry- Waterproofing or Cement Industries preferred.
  • Knowledge of Construction Chemicals / Water proofing products

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly testing reports of both Putty & Non Putty OPC’s to be circulated to hierarchy
  • Prepare Quarterly OPC Score card.
  • Coordinate with OPC’s for Rack Sample testing of Customer Complaint, Batches & ensuring on Field Visit completion.
  • Understand the client’s Test methods / requirements for Construction Chemicals & Water proofing solutions & provide guidance to OPC’s if required.
  • Draft Labels as per the requirements of product and propose for approval.
  • Keep records of testing facility availability at OPC’s.
  • Raise required PO’s to OPC’s for samples to be tested in TF / 3rd Party Lab & keep track to close the same in SAP / ERP.
