Responsibilities:

• Lead conversion:
  • Responsible for conversion of customer leads, received through various sources
  • Educating the customer about BHS service, materials, and products.
• Customer handling:
  • Interact with the customer to understand his/her needs and prepare the initial BoQ.
  • Work with the BHS Design team to prepare the initial design for the site and share with the customer.
  • Identification and finalization of General Contractor (GC), depending on the site.
  • Handle all customer queries, issues and complaint resolution till the site is handed over to the CES – Site Execution.

Responsibilities:

• Creation and maintenance of technical dockets for all category products. This involves creation of technical drawings, data entry and analysis along with regular co-ordination with other stakeholders /factory for ensuring the master data always remains updated
• Integration of Metadata with Back End Technology Platforms.
• Work closely with the technology team to build a robust system for front end visualization and backend process integration.
• Extend technical and engineering support to the design team during New Product Development
• Explore new engineering techniques / material mix that would differentiate our offering from the competitors.
• Work with existing manufacturing partners to prepare and refine technical drawings, improve constructional techniques for cost and material optimization – for prototyping as well as mass production of furniture.
• Establish process for documentation of furniture quality and implement the same for furniture quality checks / inspections. This will involve creation of quality checklists, library of approved finish swatches and regular interaction with manufacturing partners to ensure there is no quality related deviation in final production

• Creating planograms showing visual content
• Styling of the AP label products and accompanying environment.
• Conceptualize and create seasonal moodboards and themes for window displays
• Set standards for the merchandizing for periodic hygiene checks. Ensure constant updates and changes in look and feel are created.
• Audit the stores to ensure displays are in order and the customer experience is top notch.
• Sourcing of material for creating mock setups and hotspots
• Implementation of the styling for new stores. Coordination with on ground teams for the same
• Visit site for inspection and selection.
